Timeless Pride

For as long as I_MG_3580 can remember, I’ve always been into timeless styles. Whether it’s music from Marvin Gaye or The original Tempatations, cars that were made out of steel or the way gentlemen dressed during the 60’s.

Especially the way African-Americans carried themselves prior to the late 70’s. I’ve always admired the pride that seemed to glow through them. Even though I wasn’t there, I coulimages-2d sense it through pictures and listening to stories from my ancestors.

Now that I have a son, I want him to sense the pride I take in just walking out of the house. From the way I dress to the music I listen to and even the things I watch on tv.
